• all lots are ORIGINAL, i.e. they correspond to its historical period
• all photos correspond the real item
• all lot are private ownership from the collection and are in single original
• text, photos, scans and other photos from the site can be use only with permission of site administration

3. Evaluation

• the appointed lot’s prices are their conditional valuation
• the modern catalogues and the prices on antique mark of Germany are the grounds of the evaluation

4. Payment

• The amount of payment for lot includes estimated value and delivery cost
• The payment for lot can be on a cash and non-cash basis
• the site administration detail the way of payment in each individual case
• if within the 3 days of order placement the customer doesn’t give the confirmation about the payment, the lot is tacitly taken off reservation and it is on sale again.
• The payment confirmation is: money transfer number or payment receipt scanned copy, sent via email info@antik-medals.com, and also written confirmation of paid amount , from whom and for what. 

Payment in installment

Fulfill you wish immediately and pay in installment. Contact us and we make a payment plan together with you.  Based on your personal situation and depending from the chosen lot you can choose a sum which you can afford to pay every month.  The lot remains at Antik medals, and will be sent out immediately after the amount has been paid off completely.

The lot will be sent within three working days from the day of getting your payment.

5. Delivery.

• The delivery cost of the lot via courier service calculated individually according to the actual charges.
• We guarantee the delivery of the lot (lots) to the notified registered address, then after the dispatching we send you the tracking number and if it necessary we can send you a scanned copy of the receipt.

6. Returns information.

The full refund from estimated value of the delivered lot (lots) or exchange to like lot (group of lots) is within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving you lot (group of lots).

• In case of return or exchange over 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the lot (group of lots) the 20% withdrawal fee from the estimated value of every lot at the time at its reservation is collected.  In this case the return or exchange of the lot (group of lots) is possible only at the discretion of site administration.

• The customer is responsible for lot (lots) return expenses.

The items which are influenced by chemical and mechanical impact (cleaning, coloring and so on) in consequence of this the original appearance was changed will not be accepted for return. • the items from “Products for the Collectors” and “Literature for the Collectors” are final sale.

7. Conclusion.

• The non-implementation of the above mentioned regulations gives the right for the site administration disclaim any responsibility to the customers and occasional visitors.
